Captured attention. Used different ways to put sales process in perspective.  Excellent presentation. Good information that I can use in various parts of my job. We primarily admit only skilled patients. Usually they want our facility but, I don't have a bed. We only admit long term care if the patient meets our requirements. I felt this was thought provoking. Good information - new - not the same ol' thing - good sales process.  Presenting skills with audience participation and interaction was strong.  You kept my attention, good presenter.  Was wonderful, very informative along with being interactive! I really enjoyed this! My facility has never marketed before and has existed for 138 yrs. We have a new product and we want it to succeed. In my several years of involvement with Sandler and President's Club, yesterday's session was by far the most productive that I have experienced in terms of working on my 30 second commercial, UFC, and hook questions/statements.
