DAYTON AREA SALES TRAINER, RANKED AMONG TOP 5% OF FRANCHISEES, INVITED TO ADDRESS INTERNATIONAL SALES CONFERENCE

(Beavercreek, Ohio—November 5, 2007) Roger Wentworth, a Dayton native and authorized franchisee of the Sandler Sales Institute, has been booked as a featured presenter at the organization's international conference. Launched in October, 2005, Wentworth's Beavercreek franchise ranks among the top five percent of all Sandler franchises worldwide in terms of second-year performance. Wentworth will share his success story with other new franchisees at Sandler's conference in Baltimore, Maryland on Friday, November 9.

Roger Wentworth's "Sandler Sales Minute" selling tips are heard three times a week on WHIO Radio at 7:51AM. He coaches over 100 sales professionals, sales managers and business owners in the Dayton region.

Founded in the late 1960s, the Sandler Sales Institute conducts sales and sales management training throughout the U.S. and in 12 foreign countries. "It's very, very rare for someone with Roger's tenure in the business to be speaking at the national conference," says Wentworth's own Cleveland-based sales coach, Bill Art. Art—one of the conference organizers—tapped Wentworth for the speaking engagement. "But in about two and a half years, Roger has accomplished what would normally take someone five years in our business."

Art continues, "In his being and who he is, Roger espouses everything we teach. Working as an engineer, Roger was an executive at a Dayton company when he was dragged, kicking and screaming, into Sandler sales training. Just 2 years later, Roger realized that his future was with Sandler. He had to go through all the learning curves that our clients do and he never gave up. Roger's is a story of perseverance. That's what makes him a great trainer. That's just not words coming out of his mouth…he's been there, done that. So we've asked him to speak to new franchisees on the 'Behavior, Attitudes and Techniques of Success.' Because he lives them every day."
